Terms of use

1. Agreement

By accessing WeAD AI Health Clinics (the "Clinic"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Clinic is operated as part of the WeAD ecosystem (wead.live).

2. Educational service only

The Clinic provides software for educational health information and self-organization. It is not a healthcare provider, hospital, telemedicine practice, or insurer. AI consultation, structured intake forms, and image analysis are educational tools and do not create a clinician-patient relationship. Do not rely on the Clinic in emergencies — call your local emergency number.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Clinic on your own. Pediatric intake flows are intended for guardian-led use, and guardians are responsible for any minor's use of the service. Sign-in uses WeAD single sign-on or email + one-time-code (OTP). Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Seek licensed medical care for diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions
• Use emergency services when appropriate — do not rely on the Clinic in emergencies
• Not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or automated scraping/harassment purposes
• Not impersonate a clinician or use the service to give medical advice to others
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (text, voice transcripts, photos, lab values, etc.). You grant the Clinic a limited, revocable, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service — including sending it to our AI inference and vision providers for analysis, and to public health-reference APIs for citation lookups. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

You may attach images in the consultation room and in the dermatology visit form. Images are processed by our AI vision provider; consultation-room images are not persisted on our servers, while dermatology form images are saved to your account so the report can reference them.

6. Live doctor consultations (coming soon)

The Clinic is preparing to offer optional live video consultations with real licensed physicians. When this becomes available, separate consents and physician-specific terms will apply. Until launch, no human licensed clinician reviews your case on our behalf, and any "doctor" you interact with is an AI persona.

7. Doctor applications

If you apply through /doctors/apply, you confirm that the credentials you provide are accurate and that you hold an active, unrestricted medical license in the country of practice you list. Submission of an application does not create employment, contractor, or partnership relations.

8. Disclaimers

THE CLINIC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. AI MAY HALLUCINATE; ALWAYS VERIFY WITH A LICENSED CLINICIAN.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeAD and operators of the Clinic are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for harm arising from reliance on educational AI output, delayed care, or third-party services (including translation, hosting, or model APIs). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid the Clinic in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free consultation tiers).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operators against claims arising from your misuse of the Clinic or violation of these terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Terms may be updated; continued use after the posted date constitutes acceptance of material changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised through our Telegram contact @weadvertizers before any formal action.
